Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a SecOps Specialist to secure and enhance our infrastructure, manage security technologies, and guide the team on security matters. You will build solutions to identify breaches, contain threats, and support threat intelligence in a fast-moving environment.

This role involves weekend and night shifts and collaboration across teams to continuously test controls and improve incident response processes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Incident Response or SOC with incident handling and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive incident response and remediation.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks for frequent/critical incident types.
  • 3+ years with security tools such as SIEM, analytics, IDS, malware detection, DLP, and IAM.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate alerts and triage with remediation plans.
  • Perform host-based, artifact, and malware analysis for investigations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders during containment and response activities.
  • Prepare incident analysis reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Develop detection logic and tune security controls.
  • Work with security owners to assess detection and mitigation capabilities.
  • Create custom SIEM queries and dashboards for monitoring advanced TTPs.
