Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a SecOps Specialist to secure our infrastructure and guide security decisions. You’ll manage security tools, analyze threats, and own incident response from detection through containment. This is a fast-paced role with weekend/night shifts as needed.

You’ll collaborate across teams, develop runbooks, and contribute to threat intelligence to protect digital assets and institutional platforms.

Qualifications

3+ years in Incident Response or Security Operations Center with incident handling and reporting.
3+ years using SIEM, analytics, IDS, malware detection, DLP, and IAM tools.
Understanding of security controls on two or more OSs, plus host-based forensics.
Strong problem-solving skills and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Investigate alerts, triage, and provide remediation actions for security incidents.
Analyze hosts, artifacts, and malware to support investigations and response.
Coordinate with stakeholders on containment and response activities.
Produce incident analysis reports with gaps and improvement recommendations.
Develop or tune detection logic and security controls; work with tool owners.
Create custom SIEM queries and dashboards for monitoring advanced threats.
