Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a SecOps Specialist to secure our infrastructure, manage security tools, and guide the team with threat intelligence. You will build and own rapid breach identification, containment, and eradication processes while supporting multi-project coordination.

This role includes weekend and night shifts, and operates within a fast-growing security org focused on scalable defense and incident response excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Incident Response or SOC with incident reports.
• Experience with security events, alerts, and remediation.
• Develop runbooks for frequent incident types.

Responsibilities

• Investigate alerts, triage and define remediation plans.
• Perform host-based and malware analysis for investigations.
• Coordinate containment and response with stakeholders.
• Create incident analysis reports with gaps and improvements.
• Develop detection logic and tune security controls.
• Assess security solutions for detecting mitigating threats.
• Create custom SIEM queries and dashboards.
