Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support middle and high school students in the 2026-2027 school year at multiple campuses in Texas. This on-site contract offers full-time 37.5 hours per week, with the option for around 30 hours if needed.

You will deliver services under licensed SLP supervision, work with AAC devices, coordinate with families, and travel between campuses if required. A current SLPA license and fingerprint/background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Valid and current SLPA license required.
• Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred, especially with secondary age groups.
• Experience with AAC devices is a strong plus.
• Comfortable managing moderate caseloads and working across multiple school sites if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support student growth.
• Implement therapy plans and document progress.
• Utilize AAC devices and adapt therapy techniques as needed.
• Travel between assigned campuses if required.
