Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Texas is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support middle and high school students on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week), with possible 30-hour opportunities. Start date August 11, 2026 through May 26, 2027 in a collaborative school setting.

You will deliver services under supervising SLPs, implement therapy plans, document progress, and work with educators, parents, and campus teams to advance students’ communication goals.

Qualifications

• Valid professional SLPA license is required.
• Experience supporting middle/high school students.
• Familiarity with AAC devices in an educational setting preferred.
• State fingerprinting/background check required before start.
• If you've worked for this school district previously or have been terminated from any district in the past, please indicate during the application process to ensure proper credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services as directed by supervising SLPs.
• Implement therapy plans and document student progress.
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and teams on campus.
