Qualifications

• Principal PK-12, or Superintendent Certificate eligibility is required.
• Experience in curricular or central office administration is expected.
• Building principal experience is preferred.
• Complete and submit all mandated pre-employment documents.
• District may accept additions or alternatives consistent with PA law.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to principals and staff on instructional leadership and data-driven decision-making.
• Assist school teams in implementing the district's strategic plan and initiatives.
• Calibrate classroom observations and provide actionable feedback.
• Foster collaborative learning environments across school sites and teams.
• Analyze student data to improve leadership and teaching practices to combat learning loss.
• Align PA Standards with the district's instructional framework and evaluation processes.
