Job summary

Ringgold School District in New Eagle, PA, seeks a Coordinator of Secondary Instruction to lead instructional leadership across secondary schools. You will coach principals and staff, align practice with PA Standards, and help close learning gaps under ESSERS.

This role advances district priorities and improves student outcomes. The CSI works with building principals, curriculum directors, and senior leadership to model high standards, plan professional learning, and ensure effective data

Qualifications

• Principal PK-12 or Superintendent eligibility certification is required.
• Central Office or curricular administrator experience is preferred.
• Building Principal experience is required.
• Completion and submission of all mandated pre-employment documents.

Responsibilities

• Coach principals and professional staff on instructional leadership, school culture, and data-driven decision making.
• Support implementation of the District’s strategic plan and initiatives.
• Assist in calibrating classroom observations and providing actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with district leaders to promote standards-driven instruction.
