Job summary

National DCP, LLC in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage second shift warehouse operations and up to 30 associates. You will oversee daily production, safety, training, and scheduling to ensure efficient distribution center performance.

Responsibilities include supervising workflow, maintaining OSHA compliance, coaching staff, and ensuring data accuracy while supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced, multi-temp environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• 3 years of warehousing or distribution experience.
• Proficient with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Retalix preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Flexibility in work hours/days; adapt to business needs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to follow through.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and monitor warehouse employees’ production efficiencies daily.
• Conduct regular training to ensure safety and OSHA/NDCP compliance.
• Coach employees to meet operating standards and assist with problems.
• Ensure staff have training and tools to meet job requirements.
• Deploy staff and distribute workloads to meet departure times.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required and participate in safety programs.
• Assist in random drug screening of employees.
• Maintain cleanliness meeting FDA/OSHA guidelines and schedule repairs as needed.
• Maintain day-to-day facilities operations and weather-related preparations.
• Keep data accurate and evolve reports as needed.
