Job summary

National DCP, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Greensboro, NC. The role ensures efficient daily warehouse services across multi-temperature zones (Freezer, Cool, Dry) and supervises second shift associates and equipment to meet service requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, 3 years in warehousing, and proficiency with a WMS (Manhattan preferred). NDCP offers competitive pay and full benefits, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a DC environment.
• 3 years of warehousing or distribution experience required.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System; Manhattan preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, instructs, and monitors warehouse employees’ production efficiencies and error performance daily.
• Supervises and conducts regular training to ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Provides supervision, counseling, and coaching of warehouse employees.
• Ensures training and tools are adequate to meet job requirements.
• Deploys warehouse employees and distributes daily workloads to meet route departure times.
• Participates in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assists in random drug screening of employees.
• Maintains cleanliness to meet FDA and OSHA guidelines.
• Delegates cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
• Monitors safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs with outside vendors.
• Maintains day-to-day operations of facilities and prepares for weather changes.
• Ensure data accuracy and evolve reports.
