Job summary

Certco, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead an established team and drive safe, efficient daily operations on the second shift. You will manage staffing, training, and performance while coordinating with other departments to maintain flow and accuracy.

You will help implement a brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and strong math skills.
• 3 years of related warehouse experience.
• Powered industrial equipment experience.
• WMS experience preferred.
• DOT and logistics experience preferred.
• Experience identifying operational issues and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise second shift warehouse employees.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure safe, accurate, efficient work.
• Coach and develop team; monitor productivity and quality.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper handling.
• Communicate production details to leadership.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training and development.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
