Certco, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Night Shift Receiving team at our Verona Road Distribution Center.

You will supervise and develop a high-performing team while coordinating daily inbound receiving and collaborating with Inventory Control, Transportation, Purchasing and Operations. Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Receiving, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or grocery warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency.
• WMS experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
