Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisor or equivalent experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred
• Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
• GMP compliance for food safety required
• Hair/beard nets, smock, helmet and steel toe shoes required

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple employees in a multi-faceted environment to manage inbound, stocking, picking, packing, inventory, shipping and returns
• Regulate daily workload and assign productivity goals based on customer demands
• Train, coach and develop employees for efficient work methods and career progression
• Interview, hire and onboard employees to sustain onboarding experience
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance accuracy, efficiency and profitability
• Schedule hourly staff using workforce management software (UKG)
• Monitor performance and conduct year-end reviews and coaching
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and KPIs
