Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent and strong math skills.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• WMS experience preferred.
• DOT and logistics experience preferred.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct second shift warehouse employees.
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Coach and develop employees to meet expectations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize flow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement.
