Certco, Inc. in Madison, WI (Verona Road Campus) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our 3rd Shift Receiving Team at the Verona Road Distribution Center.

You will oversee receiving operations, mentor a team, and drive continuous improvement in safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates have warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of coaching employees to achieve high performance.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Receiving, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or grocery warehouse is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.

What You'll Do

As our 3rd Shift Receiving Supervisor, you'll lead warehouse operations while ensuring products are received safely, accurately, and efficiently.

You'll:

What We're Looking For

Qualifications include:

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Receiving, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or grocery warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities for warehouse employees, which includes monitoring workflow and daily productivity. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of inventory movement by monitoring WMS system. Monitors team members’ productivity and work quality, and manages performance. Ensures compliance with all safety programs and ensures a strong culture of safety in the warehouse.
