Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• PC Proficient using Microsoft Office packages.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
• 2 years warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory accuracy of raw and finished goods to meet delivery expectations.
• Direct staffing to meet KPI targets and optimize warehouse processes.
• Collaborate with production and customer service to achieve on-time delivery.
• Oversee receiving, storage and cycle counts with 98% accuracy.
• Inspect incoming materials for supplier quality compliance.
• Plan and assign work for efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
