Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a warehouse supervisor role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for product, associates, and temporary workers.
• Verify shipments and manage inventory according to procedures.
• Coach and develop a team, resolving issues and coordinating vacations.
• Oversee 30-40 associates and maintain GMP for food grade warehouse.
• Maintain attendance, timesheets, and payroll coordination.
