National DCP, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Lockport, IL. This role ensures efficient daily warehouse operations, supervises second-shift selectors and equipment, and drives safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supervision, 3+ years in warehousing, and strong skills with WMS (Manhattan Active), SAP, and ADP. Excellent communication and multi-tasking are essential in coordinating daily workloads and maintaining data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• 3 years of warehousing or distribution experience.
• Proficient with a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Manhattan Active preferred, SAP, and ADP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Flexibility in work hours/days; adapt to business needs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Results-oriented with ability to follow through without constant supervision.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay organized.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, instructs, and monitors warehouse employees' production efficiencies and error performance daily.
• Conducts regular training to ensure safety and OSHA and company practices.
• Provides supervision, coaching, and counseling to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensures employees have adequate training and tools to meet job requirements.
• Deploys employees and distributes workloads to meet route departure times.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and compliance with FDA/OSHA guidelines.
• Supervises warehouse associates.
• Maintains data accuracy and reporting.
