Job summary

National DCP, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Lockport, Illinois. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, inbound receiving, and outbound loading of dry and refrigerated trailers. Day-shift with Monday–Friday hours, plus business-demand flexibility.

The role manages Supervisors, Receivers, Selectors and Loaders, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time dispatch. Strong leadership, SAP/Manhattan WMS and P&L exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience with supervisory/management responsibility.
• Experience in Food Distribution environment preferred.
• P&L responsibility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and ensure daily plan is achievable across warehouse departments.
• Manage Warehouse Supervisors, Receivers, Selectors and Loaders.
• Oversee order selection and on-time dispatch; supervise safety and procedures.
• Train and supervise staffing to run shifts efficiently.
• Collaborate with Transportation on load quality and OS+D.
