Job summary

National DCP, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Lockport, Illinois. The role oversees selection and outbound loading of dry and refrigerated trailers, manages inbound receiving, and ensures safe, efficient operations.

The position reports to the warehouse leadership and collaborates with transportation to address load quality and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of warehouse operations experience with progressive supervision, knowledge of OSHA standards, and proficiency

Qualifications

5+ years in warehouse operations with progressive supervisory/management experience.
Experience in a Food Distribution environment is preferred.
Financial acumen with P&L responsibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and loading.
Lead Warehouse Supervisors, Receivers, Selectors, and Loaders to meet daily plans.
Ensure on-time dispatch of all routes and optimize workflow for safety and efficiency.
Monitor performance, coach staff, and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with Transportation on load quality and OS+D issues.
Maintain staffing levels and train new Supervisors and Selectors.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
