Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role and managing a team.
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• BI knowledge and problem-solving/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure consistent work output.
• Execute daily activities and operational plans to enhance excellence and innovation.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations to meet daily targets.
• Conduct performance appraisals to resolve problems and improve efficiency.
• Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the operations manager.
• Define task priorities and ensure balanced workloads to meet metrics.
• Provide regular feedback and participate in performance reviews to boost engagement.
