Responsibilities

• Directs workflow for warehouse employees and leads their team to meet and exceed daily targets.
• Manages day to day work operations and evaluates work performance.
• Assists manager in leadership and operations with initiative and continuous improvement thinking.
• Coordinates processes and assignments for distribution area to ensure delivery of consistent work products.
• Executes daily activities and operational plans to enhance culture of excellence and innovation.
• Manages day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.
• Conducts performance appraisals to resolve problems and improve efficiency.
• Analyzes reports and provides recommendations to the operations manager on best practices.
• Coordinates processes for areas within the warehouse to balance workload and meet metrics.
• Defines terms for tasks and establishes new priorities to meet operational success.
• Manages team performance through feedback and formal reviews for engagement and development.
