Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Execution Manager for the 2nd shift in Indianapolis to lead a team in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You will optimize operations, apply Lean and continuous improvement practices, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards across the distribution center.

Requires 5+ years of distribution leadership experience, knowledge of WMS, and a High School diploma or GED. CVS Health offers comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in distribution/manufacturing
• High School diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Pharma distribution experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze production, quality, and other reports; initiate changes to improve service
• Develop and implement Lean and Continuous Improvement plans to enhance On Time Delivery and cost-per-piece
• Administer policies and address issues with employees professionally
• Partner with day shift Operations Managers to build accountable supervisory staff
• Ensure maximum utilization of manpower and equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the DC Director
