Job summary

CVS Health in Texas seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and deliver exceptional customer service. When managers are unavailable, you lead the staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

Responsibilities include supervising, assisting customers, stocking and pricing merchandise, maintaining displays, and communicating with management. Salary ranges from $16 to $23 per hour, with benefits for eligible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew by directing activities and following up.
• Communicate with store management and crews effectively.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; manage displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
