Qualifications

• Manages day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to meet daily targets.
• Conducts performance appraisals and uses reports to improve efficiency.
• Analyses reports and recommends best practices to the operations manager.
• Coordinates workload across areas to balance staffing and metrics.
