Job summary

CFMOTO Powersports in Minneapolis is seeking a Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. You will lead by example, ensure safety, coach staff, and coordinate with day shift management to optimize workflows.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar position and a high school diploma. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ previous experience in a similar role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversees warehouse operations as a hands-on leader and leads team by example to ensure policies are followed.
• Supervises and improves inbound, outbound and internal inventory movement.
• Directs workload and daily assignments of warehouse team members.
• Provides coaching, feedback and encouragement to team members.
• Provides on-the-job training to employees.
• Coordinates daily with day shift management to align priorities.
• Maintains an organized warehouse, inspects equipment and inventory, places orders as needed.
• Ensures a high level of customer service and a positive image of CFMOTO Powersports.
