Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff during the second shift, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee receiving, storing, picking and shipping activities while ensuring safety and policy compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse operations and KPIs.
