Responsibilities include managing day-to-day warehouse activities, coordinating with the Operations Manager on goals, and maintaining strong relationships with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the orderly operation of the warehouse and distribution function.
• Assist the Operations Manager with short- and long-term goals for the Operations Department.
• Lead safety and productivity initiatives for delivery personnel.
• Lead implementation of service measures and cultural initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day issues related to Warehouse personnel.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with employees and Local 830.
• Maintain direct communications with customers internal or external.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee training, development, and performance management.
• Uphold the company Vision, Mission and Values.
