Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• ServSafe certification required; training provided within 30 days of hire.
• Forklift certification required; training provided within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment experience, night shift leadership preferred.
• Experience with safety standards, OSHA compliance, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Oversee order selection, staging, accuracy, and timely shipping/receiving.
• Maintain SOPs for picking, staging, and sanitation; ensure audit readiness.
• Schedule and manage staffing, training, and performance coaching.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks; certify others as needed.
• Provide professional customer service to internal/external partners.
