Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to lead, train, and counsel subordinates.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Reliability in attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in accurate put-away, order picking, stacking, loading and shipment.
• Assign daily workload for Warehouse Freezer Associates.
• Check accuracy of shipping schedules.
• Ensure quality standards for inbound and outbound materials.
• Conduct forklift training for associates.
• Monitor dock and freezer area.
