Job summary

Grahamjobs is seeking an experienced Warehouse / Order Fulfillment Supervisor to lead a second-shift distribution team in Burlington, NC. You will coach 7 Order Selectors and 1 Team Lead, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient outbound fulfillment across ambient and refrigerated areas.

The schedule runs Sunday to Thursday, with 3:00 PM–11:30 PM; Tuesday 3:00 PM–1:00 AM. Hands-on leadership, WMS/RF scanner experience, and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution leadership.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and employee development skills.
• Comfortable being hands-on on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Order Fulfillment employees and the Team Lead.
• Oversee second-shift warehouse and outbound distribution operations.
• Monitor productivity, order accuracy, and safety.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurately selected, staged, and loaded.
• Utilize WMS and RF scanners to manage fulfillment.
