Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in our Charlotte, NC distribution center. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, coach performance, and ensure safe, efficient operations from 3:00-5:00 PM start to about 1:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

You will oversee order selection, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and onboarding of new staff. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisor experience, strong leadership and communication skills,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, distribution, or similar operations.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Direct daily warehouse operations: order selection, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.
• Interview, hire, and onboard warehouse staff; train and develop employees.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe equipment operation.
