Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. in North Carolina is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee receiving and storing finished goods, coordinate carrier deliveries, and assist shipping with loading operations.

You will lead a team, ensure safety and GMP adherence, and drive efficiency through process improvements. Requires 3+ years warehouse experience, forklift certification, and strong communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years warehouse experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Basic PC skills are required.
• The position will be required to perform basic math.
• Excellent oral communication skills and leadership ability.
• Experience supervising other employees is preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the receiving and storing of finished goods.
• Contacts carrier representative to arrange and issue instructions for delivery of materials.
• Assists shipping employees with the loading of trucks as needed.
• Implements changes to processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
