Job summary

Tate in Red Lion, PA is seeking a Tool and Die Maker to fabricate, repair, and maintain tooling for production. You will operate lathes, mills, and grinders, read blueprints, and ensure tooling meets tight tolerances to support quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in tool and die or machining environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience using precision measurement tools and equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC machining is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Own tooling tasks by fabricating and repairing dies to production standards.

About The Role

The Tool and Die Maker fabricates, repairs, and maintains tooling to support production operations. The role performs machining, assembly, and troubleshooting of tools and dies. The position contributes to tooling reliability, product quality, and production efficiency.

What You’ll Do
  • Own tooling tasks by fabricating and repairing dies to production standards.

Additional Expectations
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistleblower service.
