Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and allocate department resources.
• Ensure safety, regulatory and quality compliance.
• Evaluate employee skill levels and develop training plans.
• Create department area metrics.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staffing decisions.
• Identify process improvements and lead projects.
