NetApp is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for the 2nd shift on ESeries/Grid/ONTAP Core/DataProtection teams. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug NetApp products, supporting customers and internal teams across multiple environments.

Role located in RTP, NC or Wichita, KS with a hybrid in-office/work-from-home structure and strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications
