Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for the 2nd shift to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and support NetApp E-Series, Grid, ONTAP Core, and related products. You will engage with customers, support personnel, and field teams while building strong technical skills in a dynamic data-center environment.

This role can be located in RTP, NC, or Wichita, KS, and requires a customer-focused, self-motivated engineer with solid problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning new

Qualifications

Post-sales technical support experience.
Ability to troubleshoot NetApp hardware and software.
Strong customer service mindset and communication.
Ability to work the second shift.
Comfort with learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

Respond to post sales customer support issues via phone, email, or web chat.
Monitor and respond to alerts on customer systems.
Raise support cases via Active IQ/AutoSupport.
Research issues and follow up with customers on recommendations.
Troubleshoot NetApp hardware/software in diverse environments.
Collect and analyze logs to identify root causes.
Collaborate with other engineers to deliver solutions.
Escalate complex cases as needed.
Create knowledge base articles and share best practices.
