Job summary

Republic Doors and Frames, a part of the Allegion team, is hiring for the second shift in McKenzie, Tennessee. The role involves assembling steel door components, gathering parts, and ensuring quality while supporting a fast-paced production line.

You will work with a team, receive coaching, and contribute to maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor. Starting pay is $18.44 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass drug screen and background checks.
• Team player attitude and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble door components (skins, cores, panels, hardware prep) following instructions.
• Gather and prepare parts and tools for steel door production.
• Resolve assembly problems and notify supervisor for resources.
• Conduct quality checks on door assemblies and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide coaching/mentoring to peers when needed.
