Job summary

Republic Doors and Frames, a part of the Allegion team, is hiring for the second shift in McKenzie, Tennessee. The role involves assembling steel door components, gathering parts, and ensuring quality while supporting a fast-paced production line.

You will work with a team, receive coaching, and contribute to maintaining safety and efficiency on the shop floor. Starting pay is $18.44 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential, plus benefits.

Job Description Summary

• Responsible for assembling parts to produce steel doors
• Gathers and prepares parts and tools
• Assembles door components following instructions (skins, cores, panels, hardware prep, and related door assemblies)
• Resolving assembly problems and notifies frontline leader/supervisor for additional resources
