Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Labor Union environment experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or Production preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing principles experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop people.
• Strong integrity and ethical behavior.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly associates to safely produce products and fulfill orders on time and to spec.
• Engage workforce in continuous improvement of key metrics.
• Utilize lean tools to eliminate waste and drive efficiency
• Lead Kaizen events when applicable and write standard work.
• Plan daily production activities aligned with company goals.
• Ensure timely planning and production of material for customers and upstream needs.
• Oversee production accuracy per ISO and quality standards.
• Ensure safety in all operations and adherence to EHS procedures.
• Maintain and review operations performance KPIs.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive improvements.
