Job summary

Hamilton-Ryker is seeking a 2nd shift Production Specialist in McKenzie, TN. The role involves manual assembly and quality tasks on a fast-paced line, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

You will glue door skins, clamp components, weld channels, and operate a Brake Press while maintaining safety standards and teamwork. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail essential.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols recommended.

Responsibilities

• Apply glue to door skins using a paint roller.
• Lift and clamp channels and door skins into place.
• Weld side channels to assembled doors.
• Insert end channels into doors.
• Clean the production area and maintain a clean workspace.
• Push & pull doors on rollers & castors (80–500 lbs).
• Operate a Brake Press.

We're looking for a skilled and energetic individual to join our 2nd shift production team. Pay $16.50

Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that require manual dexterity, attention to detail, and physical stamina.

Your duties will include:

• Applying glue to door skins using a paint roller and roller handle,
• Lifting and clamping channels and door skins into place,
• Welding side channels to assembled doors
• Inserting end channels into doors, and cleaning the production area,
• Pushing & pulling doors on rollers & castors 80 to500 lbs (normal 80-170)
• Operating a Brake Press

Required Skills

• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of welding techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred

Other Requirements

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
