Job summary

Stratix Corporation is seeking a Service and Repair Center Supervisor to lead Service Technicians, oversee day-to-day team execution, and ensure productivity, quality, and service goals are met. This is a SECOND SHIFT position, based in Peachtree Corners, GA, with responsibilities spanning coaching, training, and payroll-related administration.

Qualifications

• Associate/BS or BA in Business or equivalent experience.
• 4 years’ experience in testing and repair of electronic devices, computer configuration or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint daily.
• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Service and Repair metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the team meets productivity, quality, and service delivery expectations.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate infrastructure, technology, and processes; recommend improvements.
• Participate in project meetings to plan upcoming repair support.
• Develop procedures and training plans for new customer deployments.
• Provide daily task-level direction on priorities and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
