Stratosphere Quality is hiring a Project Supervisor to lead teams of Quality Inspectors at customer manufacturing facilities. The role requires manufacturing leadership experience with problem solving and team collaboration to ensure products meet quality standards.

The position offers local travel to customer facilities, paid training, PTO from day 1, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in manufacturing preferred.
• Train and coach team members.
• Communicate with customers and build strong working relationships.
• Develop work instructions and oversee project setup.
• Travel to manufacturing plants or warehouses to manage projects.
