Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of relevant experience, 1+ year in supervision, and a commitment to leadership, teamwork, and customer service excellence in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Retail or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and guide store team to meet standards.
