Michael Foods Inc. Wakefield facility is seeking a Part-Time Sanitation Technician to maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure food safety and quality. This role emphasizes safety as a core value and requires adherence to all SOPs and GMPs.

The position operates on a second shift, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work for specific projects. Candidates should be comfortable in a production environment and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, with prior sanitation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Must obtain and maintain pallet jack license; forklift experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain overall equipment cleanliness and sanitation in the assigned area.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly sanitation schedules.
• Adhere to Safety policies and GMPs; report issues to management.
• Work second shift, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend projects.
• Perform pre-op inspections and assist with start-up procedures.
• Support other sanitation duties as needed.
