Community Resources For Justice, Inc. in Manchester, NH, is seeking a Program Monitor for the second shift to support residents in our group homes.

The role focuses on front desk duties, security, documentation, and daily supervision to promote safety and positive outcomes. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, experience in security or behavioral health settings, strong communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Prior security experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in residential or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in challenging situations.
• Prior experience with electronic documenting and report writing.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Duties: greet residents, sign in/out, answer calls, receive visitors, and distribute mail.
• Security/Accountability Duties: conduct life/safety checks, nightly bed checks, searches, and monitor daily details.
• Take urine samples per schedule and complete documentation; administer alco-sensor tests.
• Serve as pro-social role model to residents and respond to concerns.
• Attend training and staff meetings; perform other assigned tasks.
• Enter documentation in SecureManage.
