Cornerstone Staffing, Inc – Loxo is seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our facility in Harlan, IA. In this working leadership role, you will oversee 2nd shift manufacturing operations, drive production performance, and support your team on the floor to ensure quality and efficiency.

The position runs Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM with a compensation range of $75,000–$85,000 plus approximately 5% annual profit sharing and full benefits.
