Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (4:30pm–1:00am, Mon–Fri) to plan, direct, and coordinate production activities. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting schedules and cost targets across multiple facilities.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (or related field) and at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership with scheduling, engineering, maintenance and quality control teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills to generate reports and input data.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be able to walk or sit for an 8–9 hour shift.
• Leadership experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Certifications or formal training are a plus.
• Safety training and active adherence to safety policy expected.
• 2nd shift hours are 4:30pm–1:00am, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Safely lead and supervise production team to meet schedule.
• Enforce Prince Industries quality certifications and standards.
• Coordinate production with scheduling, engineering, maintenance and quality control.
• Set production goals and optimize plant operations.
• Review reports to identify root causes of nonconformance.
• Oversee training programs for staff development and performance.
