Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:30pm - 1:00am, Mon-Thu) to lead manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ CNC machining experience in a machine shop.

The candidate will coordinate with scheduling, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams, set up machines, review reports, and support staff development, including performance reviews and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on CNC Machining experience in a machine shop.
• Certification, formal training or continued education desired.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by training team members and following safety programs.
• Coordinate production activities with scheduling, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Set up, start, restart, and operate machines; adjust tooling and speeds to meet specs.
• Review production reports to identify issues and support corrective actions.
• Performs personnel tasks with HR support, including timecard reviews and performance evaluations.
• Respond to communications promptly and handle department transfers as needed.
