Job summary

Prince Industries LLC in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to meet schedules and cost targets. The 2nd shift runs 2:30pm–1:00am, Monday–Thursday, with responsibilities spanning safety, quality compliance, and staff development.

The role requires supervisory experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety of all team members through training, regular communication, and adherence to the company safety program.
• Directs and coordinates production activities with scheduling, engineering, maintenance and quality control to establish priorities and obtain optimum production output and resource utilization.
• Establishes production goals and ensures all plant operations run efficiently.
• Reviews and analyzes production and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformance with product specifications.
• Recommends, authorizes and promotes all required training programs necessary to production personnel for company and personal improvement.
• Excellent communication skills required effectively communicate in both oral and written form and interact with all levels of the company.
