Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, have at least five years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, and demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a related manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe operations by enforcing the company safety program and training.
• Directs production activities with scheduling, maintenance, and quality control to optimize output.
• Sets production goals and monitors plant performance to meet delivery dates.
• Reviews production reports to identify causes of nonconformance and drive improvements.
• Facilitates training programs for staff and coordinates with HR on personnel matters.
